Leadership Is About Capability
I think leadership is about three things capability, collaboration, and character. Let me talk briefly about first one: Capability.
Of course, when we think about capability, we think about skills, we think about experiences, all of those things are important. But sometimes, the most important capability you can have is the capability to ask a question and hear the answer.

Starting three companies — two of which didn’t take off the way I envisioned — taught me that while entrepreneurs should dream big, it’s essential that we also plan for failure. More than 90 percent of startups fail.
And recognizing this right off the bat will prepare you intellectually, emotionally and financially, if your venture doesn’t succeed.
